We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RiverSide LaserWorks – 6986595 Canada Inc. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
1.2. Certain items, such as personalized items, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Initiation of Returns
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via our website contact page.
2.2. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We may request additional information or photographs to facilitate the return process.
- Return Shipping
3.1. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or the item is defective).
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without a tracking number.
- Refunds
4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item(s) and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
4.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 4 to 6 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4.3. If your return is rejected (e.g., the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria), we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
- Exchanges
